Nothing could be better than this truth. What we put in our bodies is what is visible.When I was a young girl and inexperienced about food choices because there was no time to devote on the effects of food on the body. Even during most of my early career in 20s and 30s, The only mode was the taste buds that tickled the tongue and i ate based only on what looked or tasted delicious. I never thought that food is the main reason of our entire being and that will affect my mood, my body, my emotions and also the way I look.

I have been primarily VEGAN for the last 2 and a half years and on as high vegan diet since then. Recently, I have had the opportunity to even get bone density test done which show stronger bones, better mineral balances, and most people are amazed at all my thick head of hair, my great shape in my 50s and also the way I bounce back to health with stronger immunity and heal naturally and very quickly. I cannot even begin to tell you of my skin which has gotten better , clearer and blemish free since I consciously opted for a plant based diet. THE CHOICES I have been inundated with is now easily available in India online.

Clear skin and healthy body is a direct reflection to what I have been eating more of since I changed my diet. Look around and compare a non vegetarian to a Vegan. How will you know ?? Its very very easy, because the Vegan will tell you upfront. ” I am A Vegan “. The surest way to understand clear skin and health is to look at all the skin creams in the market. What do their bottles and labels say? You will fifruits and veggies nd all of them flaunting extracts from almonds, papaya, aloe Vera, orange peel. It takes the power of plant produce to radiate your skin in reality these creams can’t do it since the quantity of the extract is symbolic. Vegans, with their massive intake of fruits, nuts and seeds consume the real stuff, in their true form. Add to it , we vegans are people who take pains to apply papaya skin or banana peel or cucumber to our faces, and show the beautiful people,what it is to live with health. I am very fortunate to have very few wrinkles due to regular exercise, VIGBYOR fruits and veggies each single day. Theres no doubt that being a Vegan has made me more health conscious, and take my vitamins, supplements, exercise, generally eat less junk and , take more care of their skin. Look at non vegetarians and their lifestyle , that are so ,simply because of non health reasons, many are them are overweight, have acne, health problems and border on sleep issues. . It is also known that when Doctors advises , all non vegetarians go back to Sattvik food, which is a total Vegetarian food.

As a Vegan i can eat huge amounts of plant based fibre without getting fat and pudgy. I have also reduced mind stress by not partaking of food from animals so becoming an Ethical Vegan has worked for me. However talking of minerals nd Vitamins, There are no known vegan sources of B12. It is water soluble, so this has to be supplemented daily or weekly. Our bodies can produce Vitamin D from sunshine when the sun is high and you expose your skin to the sun without sunscreen. The good news is that Vitamin D is fat soluble and excess can be stored by the liver. So, get plenty of sun in the summer, like a bear preparing to hibernate, and have your Vitamin D levels tested periodically.

MENTAL HEALTH the ultimate key to your thoughts

As an early riser, I am in a fantastic mood most of the time and anxiety and stress is not a problem as it is with MOST people today where , inability to focus, concentrate, remember, brain fog and worrying needlessly surface. I find it easier to laugh and worry less. Today People in who opt for the unhealthy lifestyle of eating animals have often complained off flu , colds , stomach upsets only to find that it is their own COMPROMISED Immune systems that have given plenty of warning that we are not ANIMAL eaters, not blood eaters, we do not fare well with DAIRY, nor heavy grains, particularly, WHEAT. And the immediate response has been that of few and far between eye rolls, name calling, and attempts to discredit veganism. The food habits will eventually work on your mindset.

In 2019, when I attempted Denali, as A vegan, I expected a lot of personal challenges as far as my physical strength was concerned . Surprisingly,I found that all carbohydrates , including gluten free ingredients covered my nuritional requirements for strength in the mountains and I realized that I was lighter in my stomach in addition to stronger and that worked well for all of those 4 weeks In USA.

Althоugh vegans are nоt еntіrеlу іmmunе to fооd-bоrnе illness, but if you cook your vеgеtаblеs, or wash your raw vegetables thoroughly (preferable with apple cider vinegar) you don’t hаvе tо wоrrу аbоut соntrасtіng ѕоmеthіng. Wе саn’t say thе ѕаmе аbоut meats.

  1. Very interesting to know that the person can get all the required nutrients being a vegan. Secondly also true that the creams we use today r made up of extracts of plants and fruits so why to waste so much on buying these creams instead if one becomes vegan the skin will automatically start glowing and lastly vegan person becomes more active thats the most interesting thing of them all
