Veganism and Animal rights march New Delhi

Life indeed has taken on a new turn in my life since I become VEGAN. This journey is started in 2015 with my awareness of eating meat on the great lakes of Kashmir treks. I also looked at mother and baby goats looking out for each other as they moved in herds. The nights in the tent at high altitude saw me getting even more conscious when all the sheep and goats were huddled together in large space bleating and murmuring in their own language. It was not until I came back to Gurugram and researched about animals having feelings. With just having dogs as pets, my knowledge for the voiceless grew in leaps and bounds. Then I gave up meat and dairy for 9 months but was forced to restart as I was climbing the highest peaks in the world. In 2016, I started preparing for Mount Everest and my dietitian and my husband Ankur mentioned the importance of protein. I was told if I didn’t eat protein from the animal, I wouldn’t have the strength to train for Everest. I wish I knew better than because you can get the same amount of strength by eating the plant-based diet. Rest they say history and after successfully climbing Mount Everest I returned and gave up everything and turned VEGAN. Click this https://pzsnow.com.pl/

It’s been almost a year and a half and I have connected with vegan activists from all over the world. The recent march on 10th Nov. got vegan activists PAN India together to speak for the voiceless and animal’s rights https://www.canpharm.com/blog/is-zantac-safe .

This is only the beginning.

Using my voice for the voiceless and spreading awareness of veganism. Is it difficult to become a Vegan??? No Not at all. I became a Vegan Overnight post my Everest Summit.

Most people lament, oh ! but where will I get my protein from? Let me share a good news for all that are hoping to make an inroads towards this path.Vegan products have made a big entry into the Indian consumer market.Mock fish and seafood to hit the Indian market soon and many more coming soon.
